It really works. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I really like the idea of using Marbles. I have seen this many time. I also like the idea of having prize balloons. The balloons are taped to the whiteboard, when the class has earned a reward the teacher pops the balloon. The reward can be something silly as they don't have to wear shoes for five minutes or they can ear a piece of candy.
