The next day, he explains his favorite things. He disrupts lessons in order to go into detail about himself. How do I give him attention without taking away fro the lesson? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Teachers have very little time throughout the day in between teaching so finding a time to give the student one on one attention may be difficult. I think aside from positive reinforcement the student can write and reflect in a journal the teacher will then red when there is time and respond, giving it back to the student before the end of the day so they see you are interested in what they have to say. I also think having breakfast or lunch with the teacher is a good idea but should be done once a week or so and only when the student has continually displayed good behavior.
