Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: Tone of Voice I have a co-worker that frequently uses a harsh tone when speaking with the students. Some of the students do not respond to this type of redirection. See is doing it frequently and parents and other teachers are starting to complain and she is getting a reputation for being "The Mean Teacher". Is this something I should address? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would be sure to use a soft tone of voice around her. She may pick up on the fact that the students respond better the soft voice. She also might take this as passive aggressive or offensive.
