As a teacher and individual it is important to know how to work with others. It is important to seek advice and tips from other teachers, so working with others should be something that you are completely open to doing. In order to grow as a teacher, you must always be open to new ideas and seek help when needed. Team-teaching may be new to get used to but it will benefit you as a teacher in the long-run. |

| Comments: I agree as a teacher you need to be able to work with others as well as alone. You also need to be able to ask questions when you are not sure about things going on or what to do. |

| Comments: I agree that it is important to know how to work with others and to receive constructive criticism and help from other teachers. Since the students education is the main goal, I think teachers should be open to this in looking at their students best interests. I agree that it could be very beneficial. |
