I would observe the teacher for a few days and write don some notes. You can write about the things you liked or were not a fan of. This way you can figure out new things to try or try to improve the ideas they had that were not working. Just because the teacher does not have a lot of experience does not mean you will not learn anything. The teaching world evolves every day and every teacher has different ideas.
