When it is time to do independent class work they always are off task either not doing anything or talking to the person next to them. It disrupts the class and they don't get their work done because the student is never on task. We have tried redirecting and working one on one with the student to make sure that they do their work. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Seat the student away from other students and provide engaging activities that are aimed towards the student's interests.
