Case: What kind of colleagues would you find it difficult to work with? Why?
If you are asked this question in a job interview for a teaching position: What are some things you should avoid when responding to this question? What might be some important points to stress that would get the interviewer's attention? How would you respond to this question?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
Working with other people different from you can be a challenge and could be most difficult at times. However, as a teacher you must be professional at all times. This is easier said, then done. The kind of colleagues that will be most difficult to work with are those that do not adhere to professional conduct. Behaviors such as participating or initiating trashy gossip about students, students' parents, and other colleagues. Other behaviors such as co workers that are not passionate about their work, don't care of the welfare of their students, display prejudice acts towards other. |

Comments: If a teacher feels the need to talk bad about others in her job, then they do not deserve to work in that field. |
