Case: not enough time There are students in the class that need a bit of extra time to finish their work but then they get behind in the next subject. I usually have them take the extra work home and bring it back but they have not been doing that. What are some suggestion I can do to alleviate this problem? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Are these students general education students or ESE? If they are ESE than they most likely have an accommodation on their IEP that addresses this issue with extra time. Otherwise, this can be solved by making sure the classroom teacher pays attention to the time as he or she teaches the lesson. This will limit the excessive time teaching and give more time to students to complete their work. |
