Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: Calling Out In my 9-12 ESE class, I have one student that calls out the answer even before I am done asking a question. How do I address this? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) If you have previously implemented a strategy to answer questions such as: raising your hand, thumbs up, etc. remind student on how you answer questions. If you have not implemented a strategy, I would ask the student to not call out and allow for others to answer. At the end of the school day call the student over for a one on one and talk to them about why calling out is not okay in the classroom.
