I usually have them take the extra work home and bring it back but they have not been doing that. What are some suggestion I can do to alleviate this problem? If you notice the problem continuously happening in the classroom, then I would shorten the assignments by a couple of questions or adding the additional questions as bell work the following day. However, if you are set on sending the work home with students, write a friendly reminder and have parents initial the completed work.
