I have overheard him tell them they need their butts worn out, they'll fail fifth grade, they are lazy, etc. His comments are very negative and inappropriate in my opinion. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Anything that involves negative behavior towards a student should be right away brought to the attention of somebody higher up than you. It is your bosses job to have your back as well as protect the students physically and emotionally. Although it may not be your job to directly approach this teacher, it is your job to protect students both physically and emotionally.
