  Case: Non English. Speaking parent
If there is a scenario where you have parent/guardian(s) that do not speak the English language; how would you handle different parental involvement issues you may encounter?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
You could also use a translator on the Internet to write an email to the parents. See what happens and if the parents to respond.

Comments: I agree with this, but would add that perhaps the translator on the internet could be used to type a letter for the student to take home. The school translator or ESOL teacher may need to evaluate it beforehand to make sure there aren't any issues with phrasing, etc. Taking a letter home also eliminates the problem of a parent potentially not having email access.

Comments: I wouldn't use this solutions. Translators are not always a good tool to use. Things could get misinterpreted and the parents will thing you're talking about something else when you're not.

Comments: I would not use this solution for this problem. Relying on an internet translator is not always accurate and also hoping the parents respond to an email is not always the best way to get parents involved. Especially if they cannot understand the email you send out.

Comments: I would not do this as a solution to this situation. Online translators can be extremely helpful but make sure that it is one that you can rely on before you send anything home, some of the translations could be incorrect and this could cause even more confusion.
