For example, the teacher was having difficulty within a Pre-K classroom, and when given a solution of providing reinforcers such as small goldfish, m&m, small video clips, stickers, the teacher passively refused. Instead, she posted ecards and pictures of how students should not be rewarded unless they were doing good. How would you handle situations such as this with social media? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would ignore the behavior it seems like a sad attempt for the teacher to try to get a rise out of the other people involved. If the behavior continues and it is becoming an issue in the work place then i would go to the administration and address the situation and explain that is now causing a problem at the school and becoming a disruption.
