The students have great difficulty putting their cell phones away, and often ignore me the asked or take it right back out. We are not supposed to confiscate the phones. What should I do to get them to put their phones away? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Establish rules and policies regarding cell phone use within the classroom. I would refer to school policy and abide by those policies.
