Case: Rebel Substitute Teacher
The teacher leave sub plans for the teaching to follow but he decides to do what he thought was best and lectured students. What should the teacher do?

If you felt it was out of bounds, administration should know about it, but I feel many wouldn't see this as a huge issue since content is being taught. At least they aren't letting the kids talk the whole time and ignore the sub plans. Talking with your CT should be one of the first steps. |

| Comments: Oh is that what is happening here? This is an intern teaching with a sub? That changes everything, if the sub acted inappropriate then talking with the CT is definitely the first step. |

| Comments: I agree, it's frustrating when your plans aren't being done to your specifications, but it is a good thing that the sub is teaching. Always be honest, though, if there's a problem then be the squeaky wheel! |
