The twins would sometimes act out together and make fun of other students, I have reached out to the parents and they continue to bully other students. I have written them up numerously and it does no good, what else is there to do to keep the siblings out of trouble? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I believe a conference is the first step to resolving this issue. Bullying should not be tolerated and administration should be aware of any issues that are present.
