Case: Flirting
I am currently an intern and I have been to a few schools where the some of the coaches and male teachers flirt with me. What should I do?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
Call them out on it. Tell them it isn't appreciated and will not be tolerated. If it continues, let the administration know. Also, tell your university supervisor. |

| Comments: This is a great solution, as it takes it even a step farther. Absolutely take to them if you feel comfortable, and administration for sure. It is very smart to inform your university supervisor as they can reflect on this before you continue your internship and before anyone else is placed in this environment. |

| Comments: Calling them out on it may make the situation worse in the moment, and is also not a professional way to handle the situation. Even though the other teacher is not being very professional either, the intern should not go down to their level. |
