  Case: Parrent letters not delivered
I have couple of students who don't pass on important letters to their parents or guardians. Any advise?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
Assuming that we're dealing with Elementary School Students. At the beginning of the school year, inform the parents that a weekly sealed envelope will be sent home on a set day with progress reports, important letter, etc. The parents will learn to expect to receive the sealed envelope on the specified day. This will ensure that parents and guardians will receive the necessary information.

Comments: I agree with this solution. Letters and other materials should be handed out on a set date every week, that way parents know to look for them and they don't get lost.

Comments: by letting the parents know important documents are coming the students will feel obligated to give the papers to parents.

Comments: I think this is helpful. If parents know something will be coming home then they will know something is up when the student doesn't bring it home.
