  Case: Rebel Substitute Teacher
The teacher leave sub plans for the teaching to follow but he decides to do what he thought was best and lectured students. What should the teacher do?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would document what the sub did and report it to the district. They are stepping out of line when they do things other than what the teacher has provided for them. I think changing up the behavior plan for what works best for the adult in the room is okay, but changing the content can cause the teacher to be behind when they return.

Comments: I agree with that assessment. The teacher works hard on their lesson plans and that could really mess up the whole unit. This is stepping way out of line and I would be very upset.
