She is nervous about completing this task and educating teachers on ESOL strategies. She has only been teaching 2 years. The meetings will occur after school. This is something that is furthering their education and understanding of how to teach diverse populations of students. There are so many children entering public schools every year and even every semester so this information is necessary for all teachers to know. I think the principal should explain that this training is necessary for everyone to comply with.
