Case: Do you have any questions for me?
This is one of the most common questions at the end of interviews. I feel that it is not a good idea to not have any questions, but then again, it is not good to ask too many. What are some purposeful and strong questions that I can ask the principal during my interview?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
This is one of those questions candidates should always be ready for. Most people say "No", however I believe it is better to ask or bring up certain aspects of the job. This gives the candidate a chance to ask the interviewer questions and listen to their perspective on the job or company. "What is the best part about working in the school"? "If I were to get offers from other schools why should I choose this one over the others?"
