I have overheard him tell them they need their butts worn out, they'll fail fifth grade, they are lazy, etc. His comments are very negative and inappropriate in my opinion. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) Negative behavior towards children is very harmful to their self-esteem. I'm also fairly certain it goes against the principles of teaching by putting down a child's willingness to learn. I recommend you bring this to the attention to an administrator so they can find a solution to this behavior.
