The teacher argued that the convictions did not relate to teacher effectiveness as her first grade students did not know of her arrests. Will her termination be upheld by the courts? Why or why not? I think that her termination will be upheld by the courts, it is inappropriate and teachers should know that they are held to a higher standard because they are role models and they work with kids.
