Most of the time I see her giving long complicated directions out the class, or giving them a laptop and letting them figure out what to do by themselves. I work with the ESOL students when I am there, but I am only there one day a week for half of the semester. How can I make sure these students are getting the support they need? This is definitely something that should not be overlooked especially when it comes to the education of a student.
