  Case: Girl Drama
I have five girls in my after care program that can't seem to get along. I have split them into different groups and they always seem to mess with each other. All the girls have been talked to by the principal about bullying and their parents were involved but they continue to bother each other and say rude comments. I don't know what to do next.
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I have a smilier situation to this as well. During snack and arts and crafts I have seating arrangements for the entire class (So they don't feel like they are being targeted) but the seating arrangements has each of them at a separate table. They already know they are not going to tell across the commons area, so that eliminates them from a lot of time spent together. When we go out for recess, they all like to play with these foam gymnastic type blocks so I allow each of them a rotated time they can play with those toys, but not together.

It is important to always actively monitor them when they can't be separated. Watching over the entire class prevents everyone from misbehaving. Encourage the girls when they are playing well with other students, and reinforce positive behaviors.

Comments: Reinforcing positive behaviors is crucial and allowing each student to have some time with different activities is also important.
