  Case: Cliques
I have two students who are acting out towards the other students. They are both girls who pick on the girls with less friends. How do I stop this without crossing my boundaries as their teacher and not their parents?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
You are not crossing boundaries. Bullying should not be tolerated at all in the class.
When you hear or see these girls being mean to other girls, immediately step in and stop them.
Don't let little sly remarks go. Nip it in the bud, right away.
Discuss with both of them together, and even separately that their behavior will not be tolerated. If one of them is the leader of the two, work with her and use her as an example so the other will also stop.
