Randomly pairing her with people has no guarantee to help the solution, and may actually make the situation worse by putting her in situations that stress her. Maybe the teacher should talk with the student first to see if they can tell them if there is a problem or not. I think sitting, getting to know her and her personality will help determine what she needs and what kind of students you think she'll get along with. Pairing her up with someone when you don't truly know HER wont be beneficial.
