  Case: Teaching Styles
I am in a classroom with my CT and we have totally different teaching styles. She can be somewhat harsh to the students and quick to want to get them in trouble. I tend to give the students a fair shot and give them a chance to fix their behavior. I haven't brought this up to the attention of my CT because it hasn't been a problem. Should I bring it up to her?

Unfortunately, I am not sure how, as an intern, you would confront the teacher on her teaching style. As long as she is not breaking any ethics rules this may be what she feels works for her students. She may have been more relaxed and realized that style would not work for the group she has. I agree that would be hard to watch, especially with your style being different, but sometimes we can learn from different teaching styles that may benefit us later with the variety of students we will encounter. If you feel compelled to say something maybe the way to approach her is asking her if her teaching style works best for her for classroom management.

Comments: I agree that teachers have their different methods of teaching and we can always learn from other teachers. Also, the way a teachers teaches can be different with each class depending on how that class responds to the methods. As long as the teacher is not doing anything illegal and it is working for her class then there is no problem, but if there are things she is doing that she is not supposed to be then it needs to brought to administration attention.
