Case: CT dilemma
I am in my second internship and my CT is an amazing teacher. The only issue I have is when she makes corrections about my lessons or classroom management. I always write them down and make sure I follow exactly what she says I should do, but then she doesn't notice that I have done what she suggested and she will tell my supervisor what corrections I need to make even though I have already corrected them. Should I say something to my CT or supervisor? What should I say?

I think that it is important to sit down with your CT and have an open conversation about your concerns. She may be noticing them but is not giving adequate praise for when you make corrections. Your CT may not have the same feelings so I would talk with them before coming to the conclusion that she doesn't notice them at all. |
