I have noticed that they also speak in Spanish at school w hen they are interacting with one another. Does this isolate my English speakers? Each of these students in capable of speaking English and do so during instruction. Is it ok to allow them to continue to speak in Spanish? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I say that it is appropriate for the student to speak Spanish but as the teacher i guest that you but in boundaries and rule for when they can speak Spanish for both cultural reasons but for them to be better versed in English afterwards.
