She can be somewhat harsh to the students and quick to want to get them in trouble. I tend to give the students a fair shot and give them a chance to fix their behavior. Honestly, try to collaborate with them. You both think your way is effective but maybe explain the reasoning for how the two of you teach. Communication is always important and it be mature about it. It's okay to have different opinions.
