Many of the teachers see this as a class distraction. How can teachers minimize distractions in the class without infringing upon the students' beliefs/feelings/rights? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I don't see why it would be a distraction but maybe let them talk about things like that during their free time? It's important for students to be able to express themselves so it may be difficult at first to get them to focus.
