His academic preparation is outstanding and his results as a teacher speak for themselves. He has been married to his husband David for 3 years and is scared his sexual orientation would hinder the process. He is scared to disclaim his sexual orientation during the interview. As a member of the LGBT community I can understand this fear because I don't feel the need to include my sexuality in my interview but if parents found out I would feel they could discriminate against me.
