After a week of school, the teacher contacted the parents about the student's misbehavior. The parent notified the teacher that the student has a problem with authority. She stated that the student has always been this way and that nothing worked. His previous school tried everything, including suspension, and she cannot find a solution to help this student at home. The student is being monitored for Tier 2- behavior, but there is not enough data to move him to tier 3.
