Every time the student has to go into time out he cries and cries and cries. I feel bad but he has to learn. I am not sure how to handle this situation. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I think a behavior management plan is best in this situation. Use positive reinforcement. Maybe try implementing a punch card or reward system.
