  Case: ESE Teacher
The students is getting all their IEP minutes. The only issue is when I discuss with the teacher the needs it goes in one ear and floats out the other. I keep trying to help the teacher to understand the importance of where the student is struggling while in class. The ESE teacher blocks any ideas on how to help student be successful in my class. What should I do to best help student?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
If this continues, my best recommendation would be to either write a letter to the student's parent expressing where they are having trouble. If that does not work, I would recommend going to an assistant principal and see what they would recommend in this situation.

Comments: I feel like this issue should be kept in the professional setting. If the person's direct superiors do not listen, then maybe it should be discussed the parents about what they can do to best advocate for their student. It seems odd to go to parents to discuss the shortcomings of a coworker. Also, for all we know the ESE teacher has valid reasons.

Comments: I don't think this solution is very beneficial. By law, the schools is suppose to provide resources for ESE students. It is the school's responsibility to help the student succeed.

Comments: I think that reaching out to the parent wont help very much since the parent is not the cause of the problem
