Case: CT dilemma
I am in my second internship and my CT is an amazing teacher. The only issue I have is when she makes corrections about my lessons or classroom management. I always write them down and make sure I follow exactly what she says I should do, but then she doesn't notice that I have done what she suggested and she will tell my supervisor what corrections I need to make even though I have already corrected them. Should I say something to my CT or supervisor? What should I say?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would speak to your CT about the corrections first. Directly after your observed lessons, you can ask her "did you notice that I took your suggestion about..." Perhaps she is not watching closely enough, but you directing her notice may help. If this does not help, I would talk to your supervisor because this could affect you in your internship. |

Comments: I agree and asking the CT if they noticed that you took your suggestion is a great way to do this. |
