It is an ESE setting and my students are distracted enough without all of the extra bodies in the room. All of the adults are circulating the room. It is too much for my students to deal with. I don't know how to approach this. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) If you have already reached out to a department, head, I would suggest finding a way to incorporate them into the classroom better. For instance, use this 40 minutes to do a small group activity that sorts each adult into a group with a small group of students, 6 in total. That way this mitigates the amount of distractions.
