Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: Paraprofessonal Issues I teach kindergarten. I am having issues with my paraprofessional. Even when I ask her nicely to complete a task, she agrees to complete the task but then it does not get completed. I have spoken with administration regarding this issue and conferences have been held concerning her job performance. However, it will be after the conclusion of this school year that I may get a new paraprofessional. Any suggestions for the remainder of the school year? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) It could be that she is unclear about the directions and is afraid to ask, even if that is the case I understand the difficulties. Maybe a checklist with a completion date and brief instructions would be helpful, however, if administration is aware of this issue, I would document everything and keep it on hand for when its needed.
