Case: Lack of involvement
A student in my class is not receiving the support she needs from her parents in order to further her education. There is no real push for her to get her work done. What can I do to help?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
I would suggest talking with the student first, and if that doesn't help reach out to the parents and schedule an after school meeting to discuss any concerns you may have. |

Comments: I agree, contacting the parent is most likely necessary here in order to gain an understanding of the student's home environment. |
