I received a note back from the parents with a very rude remark, \"(Blank student) has a mother and does not need another.\" Now, uncomfortably, I do not know what to do. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) This is a hard situation. I would try to calmly express my concerns for the child to their parents. Bringing it up in a calm and caring matter that shows your concern for their child can eliminate the behavior that the parent is expressing.
