  Case: Microsoft Teams Glitching Issues
A few students don't pop-up as in class, but they are emailing the teacher saying they are having issues logging into the class. These students are all emailing the teacher that they are receiving an error log-in notice. These students don't want to be marked as absent, but the teacher doesn't have time to deal with these technical issues because he still has an entire in-person class of students to attend to. What resources are available for the online student and how can teachers be prepared for these types of issues when teaching during COVID?

Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
It seems that during these difficult times many students and teachers are having issues with online classes. If the class doesn't log on for the student I would have a layout of what is done everyday in class, just like you would if class was in person. This way if the student isn't able to log on and is absent they can view resources and things they missed.

The suggested solution is likely to solve the problem/issue No
The suggested solution is original Yes
Comments: I do not think this is the best solution to the problem. I think that the idea of this solution is good but not for a long term goal. Parents or administration should definitely be notified and the work can be provided but not for every single day. The students need to be able to participate with the class live and the worksheets or plan for the day is not always helpful for a long-term fix.
