Student does not understand and English and is just left with no information or guidance. What is my next step? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would definitely try to help the student feel comfortable. At first use google translate to communicate with the student. Find guides that would help the student understand what is going on. I know visuals work great, because they are pretty universal. I would try to contact administration and ask for guidance on what you should do.
