Many of my students are home alone after school and do not have an adult at home to help them complete assignments, which results in the students not turning in complete assignment or any assignments at home. On the other hand I think it is important to spend a few minutes a night reviewing new information and homework is a good way to get kids to practice what they have learned in class. I think homework is such an important factor for students because it allows them to practice what they learned in the classroom that day. Students constantly should be practicing and working because if they don't they tend to forget what they learned. Homework is important and should always be giving.
