Home | How It Works | Stats Login | Register         Case: Microsoft Teams Glitching Issues A few students don't pop-up as in class, but they are emailing the teacher saying they are having issues logging into the class. These students are all emailing the teacher that they are receiving an error log-in notice. These students don't want to be marked as absent, but the teacher doesn't have time to deal with these technical issues because he still has an entire in-person class of students to attend to. What resources are available for the online student and how can teachers be prepared for these types of issues when teaching during COVID? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I do not feel like this is something that you need to be worried about. This is an issue that Microsoft needs to fix. Many schools can be having these issues with Microsoft and the teacher should reach out and try to help those students or have an alternative assignment for those who are having trouble logging on.
