The problem is, everyone has different views on what is appropriate? This struggle really impacts the women. At the elementary level, there is a lot of binding and moving around. Some of my colleagues had been wearing colored skinny jeans, which didn't look like skinny's. When you look Pintrests for ideas, the common skinny ankle is what you see. Is this not appropriate? Many teachers felt this was too harsh. Our AP also suggested no one wear flip flops. What's the appropriate attire for elementary school teachers? Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I think as long as they are dressed comfortably and covering than it should be appropriate. I do not think skinny jeans should be an issue for teachers.
