I have overheard him tell them they need their butts worn out, they'll fail fifth grade, they are lazy, etc. His comments are very negative and inappropriate in my opinion. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would speak to them about how those words are not helpful and can hurt the students feelings. If you do not know the teacher that well, maybe find another teacher to speak with them. If that does not work go to someone superior or make a complaint.
