  Case: Blurting Out
The year has gotten off to a great start except for one thing. In one of my classes, I have a student who seems too eager to please, and blurts out answers to questions whenever I try to have a teacher-led discussion. What should I do?
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
Although it is good that the student is participating, others are not getting a chance to get involved due to the blurting out. This should be addressed from the first day and if students continue to go against this policy then consequences need to be put in place for that student. I think that this will resolve the problem because it will motivate the student to alter the behavior in order to receive a reward and avoid a consequence.
