He walks out of the class almost every day and is always disrupting the classroom. The CT doesn't know how to get him to stop walking out of the classroom. They have had parent teacher conferences and talked with the principal. Nothing seems to work with this student. Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!) I would pull this student aside and try to build a bond with them. They might get defiant if you pry on issues that are causing these behaviors directly. It is better to build a relationship with them and let them open up to you naturally.
