Case: Hovering Parent
What do I do when a parent tends to hover and baby their child? They think that their child can do no wrong and is the victim in every situation.
Solution: (Rates are posted for this solution!)
Just make it clear to that parent that their child is simply not perfect. Every child makes mistakes and that is a part of growing up. |

Comments: I don't think that I would tell the parent their child isn't perfect every child makes mistakes. While your saying it your way, the parent my take that statement in a different way and get offended. |

Comments: While this solution has good intentions, this parent may not see it this way and get even more defensive. Sometimes being blunt like this can make matters even worse. |
